Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship worldwide from our UK-based fulfilment centre.

Processing & Dispatch:
Orders are carefully processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (where available), so you can easily follow your order’s journey.

Delivery Times:
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location:

• UK: 3-5 working days (Royal Mail / Courier)
• EU: 5-10 working days
• Rest of World: 10-20 working days

Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size. We offer free UK shipping on orders over £25.

Import Duties & Taxes:
For international orders outside the UK, any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees and may vary depending on your country’s regulations.
